Saturday, Sept. 7 was an awesome day for Cars and Coffee. Some true unicorns showed up, including a Saab 9-4x (one of under 600 produced), and a Mercedes E63 AMG wagon! I've added a few of my pictures; several of the DC-area Jalops showed up as well. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! should recognize his red Mini!
And I'll leave you with this: a Recaro child seat in a Ferrari F355. Awesome.

Give it a huge plow or something on the front and you've got the whole Zombie apocalypse thing nailed to a.. the... ehm.. something very nailed.
But yes, I MUST know more about that car.. Does it have some sort of Straight 6 with a huge turbo on it? Could it be an inline turbodiesel?

Figures that amidst the Lamborghinis, Panteras, the Corvette club, Cobras, and other showstoppers, we dropped what we were doing and surrounded a 2nd Gen LeCar in the side lot.

I had a 6BT cummins with a Holset HX35Y I think. Stripped interior. No trim pieces hardly anywhere. Air ride. A trailer hitch and seats from something random. Beer tap for the shifter. Lots of toggle switches. Some kind of air deflector on the top. It had a retractable vinyl like roof behind that. And the hood you see is all there was. Big hole cut in it for the turbo to stick out. Needless to say its one of the first cars I gravitated too. Also how I found McMike there lol.
